Gloria is survived by her brother Clarence Husson and his wife Becky, a daughter Phyllis Thompson and her late husband Rodney Thompson, son Scott Geesey and wife Jill, and son Wayne Geesey and wife Sandra. Gloria was preceded in death by her late husband George A. Gloria was also a member of the York Chorus and sang on the choir at the former Christ Lutheran Church.

Gloria's greatest joys in life were her family, church and volunteering at the Senior Center, Christian Woman's Club, Ladies Aux Friendship Hose, the Lutheran Home in York and numerous other organizations including the Girl Scouts in her earlier years. At one time, Gloria was the Senior Center Director at Windy Hill in Spring Grove. Gloria was a great cook and used her talents while owning a diner in New Oxford with her husband George, and later while employed at Saint Frances Prep School in Spring Grove. Gloria was born in York, Pa on January 10, 1928, to the late Clarence and Anetha (Keefer) Husson. (Husson) Geesey, 92, formerly from York and Spring Grove, PA, passed away at UPMC Pinnacle Hospital, Harrisburg, Saturday, January 25, 2020.
